Return Policy


We accept returns for defective products within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unboxed and unused.
  • The original packaging, including manuals and accessories, must be returned with the product.

  4. Return Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria.
  5. Refund: If the return is approved, we will credit your account with the full purchase price of the defective product.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order without penalty if it has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
  • After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Return Courier Charges:

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your protection.

Additional Information:

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
  • This policy does not apply to products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
