- Per Kilogram Rates: After the first kilogram, shipping costs are based on weight and distance.
- Air: Rs. 100 per kilogram will be charged on a minimum of 1kg product throughout India.
- Train: Rs. 60 per kilogram throughout India.
Shipping Modes:
We offer three shipping modes to cater to different needs:
- Air: The fastest option, ideal for urgent deliveries (Rs. 100 per kg).
- Train: A reliable and cost-effective choice for most locations (Rs. 60 per kg).
- Surface: The most economical option for non-urgent deliveries (Rs. 40 per kg, longer delivery times).
The specific mode chosen for your order might depend on your location, the weight of your package, and your selection at checkout.
Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping mode and distance:
- Air: 2-5 business days
- Train: 3-7 business days
- Surface: 5-10 business days (longer transit times possible)

- Order processing time
- Public holidays
- Remote locations
You will receive a tracking number with your shipment notification, allowing you to monitor its progress, tracking number will be activating within 48 hours.
Damages:
To ensure a smooth resolution process for any damaged items received, kindly follow these steps:
Record a Video: Upon receiving your package, record a video of yourself opening the box. This video should capture the undamaged packaging seal and the condition of the items upon opening.
